Abstract: In this paper, I will discuss the variants of populism, one that rests upon majoritarian exclusion of cultural minorities and the other that, while exhibiting less majoritarian exclusion, weights heavily on the discourse of the nation state. The agenda is to what extent such populist regimes shake the basis of internationalism.
