Dr. Ting-mien LEE has joined the Department of Philosophy (Zhuhai) at Sun Yat-sen University recently as a research fellow.
LEE obtained her doctorate degree at the Department of Sinology at KU Leuven. Before she joined the Department of Philosophy (Zhuhai), she was a full-time assistant professor atTunghai University, Taiwan, and taught primary courses related to pre-Qin Chinese political thought. Her papers can be seen in various international journals such as Dao: A Journal of Comparative Philosophy, Oriens Extremus, Contemporary Chinese Thought. Her doctoral research is sponsored by Research Foundation Flanders(FWO).
LEE’s research interest includes pre-Qin Chinese military and strategic thought, the history of Mohism, the philosophy of the Zhuangzi, and intercultural philosophy.
