中山大学哲学系（珠海）成功举办《东北亚语境中的政治理论》研讨会

    2017年3月18至19日，中山大学哲学系（珠海）举办了2017年劳特里奇《东北亚语境中的政治理论》丛书研讨会，来自国内外10余位学者共聚一堂，探讨了东亚语境下法治的理论、实证和规范问题。

哲学系（珠海）主任陈建洪教授出席会议并致开幕，对海内外专家学者的到来表示欢迎，简要介绍了哲学系（珠海）的现状和规划，并希望与会学者多多关注、支持和帮助哲学系（珠海）的发展。郭峻赫教授介绍了丛书的出版现状与本次会议论文结集的计划和设想。

会议共计三场次，主题分别为法治的理论问题，东亚地区法治的历史脉络和法治的经验实证层面。

本次研讨会深入探讨了当前东亚各个地区关于法治的理论和实践问题，扩大了中山大学在此研究领域的国际影响，为推进实现全面依法治国的目标献计献策、并提出建设性看法。

      Report of the Routledge Series of Political Theories in East Asian Context Conference

On March 18-19 the Department of Philosophy (Zhuhai) held the 2017 Routledge Book Series Conference on the Rule of Law in the East Asian Context. The conference provided an opportunity for the contributors to Volume IX of the Routledge Series of Political Theories in an East Asian Context to meet to present their works-in-progress.

Department chair, Prof. CHEN Jianhong attended the conference and gave an opening speech, welcoming the conference participants on behalf of the Department, introducing the Department of Philosophy (Zhuhai), and calling for attention and support from all conference participants. Prof. Jun-Hyeok KWAK briefly introduced the publication of Routledge Book Series and the prospect of the publication of the current volume.

There are three sessions, focused respectively on Theoretical Questions, Contextual Appropriations, and Experimental Questions. One set of topics which dominated the discussion was the nature of the rule of law, its relation to rule by law, and the distinction between moral and positive law.
